About Clardy Elementary
Opened in 1959, Clardy Elementary has served students in grades 2-5 and shares one school community with Gashland Elementary School’s K-1 center. A single booster club unit governs both school sites and publishes a shared newsletter.
We have a strong instructional program at Clardy of which we can all be proud. In the past few years, we have been honored by being named the Best Public School in the Northland and the Best School Library in the State of Missouri. We have also been designated as a high achieving school based on our students’ superior academic performance on the state assessment (MAP). We will continue to concentrate on student achievement, evaluating what we have done, and determining what we can do to improve.
